There are a few different ways to wire/mount an LED light strip like the LED Utility Light Strip part # DG52761 on the bottom of your 1998 Jayco Eagle 12SO. From my research the SAE-AILPCRST-96-DOT lights that you have on your Jayco trailer were specific for that line and have been discontinued so you will have a hard time finding a replacement lens. I recommend going ahead and replacing them so that you will have readily available replacement parts if the need arises.

Trailer manufacturers don't usually keep a good record of parts like these that they install at the factory, so the best way to determine the correct replacement bearings for your Jayco Eagle 10 is to simply pull a hub and check for the numbers. The modern equivalent of a 20.5 x 8 - 10 tire is a 205/65-10 tire. These two tires are going to have the exact same diameter of 20.5" therefore, you can absolutely use the 20.5 x 8 - 10 tires you have now as a spare.
